4、 Operation precautions

Before starting up, check whether all components of the equipment are intact, whether the power cord is connected properly, whether the voltage is stable, whether the lubricating oil is sufficient, whether the screws are loose, and whether the mold is clean.

After turning on the device, let it idle for a few minutes to observe if there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations. If there are any abnormalities, stop the machine immediately for inspection. After normal idling, gradually add a small amount of feed raw materials, adjust the gap between the pressure roller and the mold, and the position of the cutting blade to ensure good particle shaping.

During the production process, it is important to maintain a moderate level of dryness and humidity in the feed raw materials, typically between 13% and 15%. Excessive dryness or wetness can affect the quality and yield of the pellets. At the same time, maintain the uniformity of the formula for feed ingredients to avoid large blocks or foreign objects blocking the mold holes.

During the production process, regularly check the working temperature and operation of the equipment. If the temperature is too high or the operation is not smooth, the production speed should be reduced or the machine should be stopped for cooling in a timely manner. If particle breakage or high crushing rate is found, the gap between the pressure roller and the mold and the position of the cutting blade should be adjusted in a timely manner.

Before shutting down, stop feeding and completely discharge the feed materials from the equipment, then stop the power supply. After shutdown, promptly clean the dust and residue on the equipment and apply rust proof oil. If it is necessary to replace the mold or pressure roller, it should be done after the equipment has completely cooled down, and attention should be paid to maintaining the balance between the mold and pressure roller.

When operating the feed pellet machine, appropriate work clothes and protective equipment should be worn, and relevant safety rules should be followed. Do not touch or adjust any parts while the device is in operation, do not play or chat near the device, and do not insert hands or other objects into the interior of the device. If a malfunction or accident occurs, the power should be immediately cut off and relevant personnel should be reported.
