Structural composition:

Conveyor chain: It is a key component of the elevator, used to connect the hopper and drive its movement. Conveyor chains are usually made of materials such as alloy steel or stainless steel, which have high strength and wear resistance to ensure long-term stable operation.

Hopper: Used for loading materials, its shape and size are designed according to the characteristics and conveying capacity of the materials. Drive device: composed of a motor, reducer, coupling, etc., providing power for the hoist and driving the conveyor chain to operate. The power and speed of the motor are selected based on parameters such as the conveying capacity and lifting height of the hoist.

Working principle: The motor drive device drives the conveyor chain to move, and the hopper on the conveyor chain moves accordingly. The material enters the hopper from the feeding port and is lifted upwards along the Z-shaped track by the conveyor chain. When the hopper reaches the discharge port position, the material is unloaded through the unloading device, achieving vertical lifting and horizontal conveying of the material.
